Sarah has worked in B2B marketing for over 30 years across a variety of industries including legal and finance.  She has spent the last 19 years in the business focussing on healthcare marketing, and more recently pharmaceutical marketing. 

Sarah is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and has a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing as well as post-graduate diplomas in Marketing (DipM) and Digital Marketing (DipDM).  Her B2B marketing disciplines include strategy, communications, market research, content and digital/email marketing. 

Over the years, Sarah has run workshops for NHS suppliers on ‘Who to market to in the NHS’ and ‘How to get the best from your NHS communications’. She has published many industry articles, thought leadership pieces, and white papers on these topics,  and was editor of the (Binley’s) NHS Guide for 8 years.  These days, Sarah acts as a consultant and trusted adviser on client’s HCP communications, including regulatory communications, disease awareness programmes, product launches and patient engagement campaigns 

Recently, promoted to Operations Director to align service and delivery excellence with the commercial activities of the business, Sarah now heads up the 60-strong Service & Delivery teams across the whole portfolio including customer data optimisation, UK-focussed CRM data and service, omnichannel marketing and subscription services.
