As Head of Innovation at HSJ Market Intelligence, Kirsty leads a team of Product Managers and Innovators, running products and developing innovative solutions to customer challenges, across suppliers to the NHS including the private sector, pharma and med tech.
Kirsty leverages her diverse and unique background of commercial, operational, and academic roles within the UK healthcare landscape. She combines her extensive experience in analytics, product development, customer support, commercial activities, and marketing to ensure her team delivers trusted insights and real-world data market intelligence to customers.
Holding a PhD in Neurophysiology and a senior leadership-focused MBA, Kirsty brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of aligning patient-focused solutions with commercial needs. She excels at transforming data-driven insights into actionable intelligence, though the design of products and tools enabling NHS supplier activities.
Kirsty thrives on travel and immersing herself in new cultures. Currently, staying closer to home, she is focusing on developing her Welsh language skills. On the more adventurous side, she enjoys skiing and embracing the Welsh weather while training her young horse, Peacock.
